Motorbikes are an easy target with fuel lines being easily accessed and cut..

All you need then is an ignition source and that could be as easy as a smoldering cigarette or a cotton shoelace with a few metal fillings or even a little gunpowder from a firework to create a spark. Using a fuse like this would allow the firestarter plenty of time to walk away without even being noticed.

And the amount of damage caused by these fires I doubt an ignition source would be found.
